Initial Release

The first official release of the forplotR R package, designed to streamline access to plant specimen data from the from the Forestplots.net standardized plot measurement protocol.

Features

fp_herb_converter(): Convert field-collected plot data into ready herbarium standard templates
mk_voucher_dirs(): Create organized structured directories to archive voucher pictures based on taxonomic criteria of plot specimens.
plot_html_map(): Generate an interactive html spatial visualisation of the plot and specimens.
plot_for_balance(): Generate a forestplot inventory full report to helps assess the sampling management
Supports integration with tidyverse workflows for downstream analyses.
Test coverage >95%, continuous integration via GitHub Actions.

Infrastructure

MIT license.
